Refund policy
At Sachii, we take pride in crafting handmade and customized products. Due to the artisanal nature of our items, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A return request is initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
An unboxing video is provided as evidence when raising the complaint. This video must clearly show the parcel being opened in its original packaging without any cuts or edits.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, monogrammed, or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are considered part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.

Provide your order ID, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video as proof
Once approved, you must ship the item back in its original packaging and unused condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be approved if it meets the eligibility criteria.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
