At Sachii, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with great attention to detail. As many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or customized, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the rare event that you receive:

* A damaged product
* A defective product
* An incorrect item

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the product.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

* Customized or personalized products
* Products purchased during sales, exhibitions, or promotional events
* Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Handmade Variations

As each Sachii creation is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, embellishments, and finishing are a natural part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, production has commenced, or the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
